Delicate wing collar with ornate round white lucite buttons
V-neckline with hook and eye closure at the center of the neck creates a keyhole
Nipped in at the waist with belt loops at each side
Side metal zipper
Full skirt with tiered ruffle accents
Does not come with black ribbon belt
A couple flaws to note - some repair stitching at the hem line, could be shortened to hide and one small hole. Otherwise, presents beautifully with tons of wear left.
